gosh i am soooooooo sick right now. i'm pretty sure everyone in my classes think i'm totally gross from the amount of sneezing i do. i should probably have stayed home today, but it was alternate dress, and annika wanted to take pictures, so i couldn't miss this! it's likely i'll stay home tomorrow though...i seriously need to get some sleep. when you get a cold and you can't breathe through your nose, do you feel like a total retard sitting there with ur mouth open all the time? CAUSE I DO.

ok laken and i are crazy matching. she doesn't believe me but we are! ok. so this thursday (tomorrow) i'm going to can you guess? THE BOYS LIKE GIRLS CONCERT! insane right? i'm so excited!!! and then take another guess at what i'm doing. GOING ON INTERIM IN 10 DAYS! yep. france here i come!!! i am soo soo soo excited! i've gone before but this time no parents (i'm going with ebony). hehe. you can't even comprehend my excitedness :D

merry christmas! this dress and my sister's sweatshirt were christmas presents and the camera i took pictures with was too! :D best christmas ever. i also got a vintage 50's prom dress. it's all frilly and lacy and absolutely gorgeous. i just need it to be altered a bit because it's a size 0 and i am not even close to that. ahhh i just love the 50's. they were so proud to have curves. which is the complete opposite of now (where we have to be stick thin). but anyway i love the 50's. if you have time watch The Blob on youtube or House of Wax (the 50's versions), the clothes are amazing and they are so cool. Also, watch Grease. Classic.

sorry it's so image heavy...but anyway. laken and i walked all up and down orchard road cause i was trying to find sequin shorts. we were there for 3 hours and no sequin shorts :( so we went back to my house and decided to go to the cotton on store at anchor point. and guess what! they had them. just waiting for me. my size. and yes. they were sequined. so my life is complete :D

MULANNNNNN. yesh. i did quote mulan, and you know it. now, moving along here...I, laken, am obsessed with my new high-waisted, wide-legged jeans. not to brag, but they make my legs look epic! like seriously, anyone who wears them is automatically model material. (annika just got a brownie..yum) I guess our theme would be something like...jeans+graphic t. Not like annika's not tall enough already, she had to go and wear these hugely tall-amplifying wedges that made her look FREAKY tall.but in an awesome way because i think she looks HOT, "cause you're totally not a lesbian," -annika. But yeah, okay, i've basically had nothing important to say so i'm gonna stop talking!
